About Jackie

Jackie has been professionally devoted to good health and fitness for over 15 years. She is a certified red belt Budokon Sensei, an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, a Martial Fitness-certified Kickboxing Instructor, a NESTA-certified Plyometrics Coach and a Johnny G-certified Spinning Instructor. She is certified in Yoga Conditioning through Budokon University and Power Vinyasa Yoga through Power Yoga Works (a Baron Baptiste affiliate). Jackie holds certificates from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Mat Pilates and SCW Fitness Education (SCW) in Sports Nutrition, and has a blue belt in Shaolin Kung Fu. She has trained directly under the mastery of Budokon founder Kancho Cameron Shayne, USA Golden Gloves Boxing Coach Alden Washington and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Rob Scheier. She owned and operated a women's fitness center that was one of the first facilities to bring spinning to the Philadelphia area, and also travels regularly as a guest fitness presenter to promote fitness education and fundamentals at world-class resorts like the Ritz-Carlton, Karisma Hotels and Couples Resorts.

Jackie’s clientele has ranged from the novice exerciser to the elite athlete; from pre- and post-natal clients to those recovering from orthopedic surgeries; from the stay-at-home-mom to the Hollywood celebrity. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and truly believes that training the mind is just as important as the physical training for maximizing one’s performance. Over the years Jackie has helped clients from all walks of life find their mind/body connections in order to achieve their highest physical potential.
